The self-service breakfast offers an excellent variety and value. A sea view from the room enhances the charm of the stay.

Room sizes can be cramped. At times, the shower felt too small.

This was my second really comfortable stay here and I would like to stay here on the next trip. It was spotlessly clean with fantastic customer service.

Very comfortable experience there. Original accommodation with marvellous setting just next door to public beach, old Antibes and Cannes for the day. Very comfy bed in the double room, plus a writing desk, effective Wi-Fi, and a balcony. The service in general was fantastic! Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Charming stay with a awesome breakfast

My room was cozy and had a little view of the sea, while the breakfast offered a fine variety, including fresh breads, cheeses, and delicious pastries in a beautiful courtyard setting. The location was super convenient, just a short walk to both the beach and the train station. I wish the room was a bit bigger.

The location was great, just a short stroll to the beach. Breakfast was good, especially enjoyed the fresh fruits and pastries on the lovely terrace. The mother-daughter duo running the hotel were always ready to help!

Friendly and attentive family run hotel..Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable..Close to restaurants, supermarkets and beaches..Free internet.. Using the train in Juan Les Pins is so easy and the best way to get around so it was good to be close to the train station. Definitely stay here if you go to Juan Les Pins!

A very clean, and comfortable 2 star hotel with air conditioning, in an excellent location with the most helpful owner and daughter imaginable. Ask for their restaurant recommendations and take them.

The self-service breakfast was a good experience, offering an extensive selection that was both fresh and varied each morning.

Patricia, the owner of the hotel and her family makes you feel like you are staying with your good friends, not at the hotel.

Everything was fantastic; also some basic maintenance work in the bathroom wouldn’t hurt.

We stayed 6 nightes (Oct 3-Oct9) and liked it very much. The attitude of the Manager ( Patricia ) and all the team (her family I guess) is very friendly and warm. The location is great as well. For 2 star hotel this one is fantastic !!! Parking in the garage was a big help ( available at extra cost) cleaning and making the room was good! changing towels - every day!

Well , if I have to say something: - the hotel needs a bit of investment into bathroom facilities - but then the price per night would be different i guess. In the end: - Hospitality covers every crack and for God sake you come to be out side on the beach not inside the room looking for the imperfections with a magnifying glass.
